Walsh Construction and Archer Western Teams Celebrate Construction Safety Week
Walsh Construction and Archer Western teams across the United States are participating in Construction Safety Week 2025 (May 5-9), joining a nationwide effort to strengthen safety awareness and reinforce best practices on jobsites and in offices.
This year’s theme, “All In Together,” emphasizes the importance of shared responsibility in maintaining a safe work environment. The campaign is built around three key principles:
• Plan – Prepare with precision and anticipate potential risks.
• Own – Take responsibility for individual roles and adapt to changing conditions.
• Commit – Execute work with focus, consistency, and care.
Throughout the week, team members are engaging in activities including hands-on demonstrations, educational sessions, daily huddles, and safety-focused discussions. The week also includes recognition events that highlight contributions from individuals and teams who exemplify strong safety practices.
